Wings and Things

Some cards with the theme of wings and things!  Mostly made with Spellbinder dies and one with Hunkdory Adorable Scorable.  I really enjoyed making the one using an idea I had seen on Create and Craft.

Amazing!

Thought I would try and see what I could get out of a few sheets of card and paper.  I chose a green Hunkydory adorable scorable card ( 3 sheets), 1 sheet of silver mirri card and 4 sheets of a A5 paper from a glitter pad I had not used.  Amazing that I made 4 cards out of it!  Used Spellbinder and Marianne dies again.  Finished them off with Card Candi, crochet ribbon, a feather and pins I got from a florist on Ebay!  The cheapest around!

 

 

 

Two more Mother's Day Cards

Two more cards using a corner Spellbinder's die that I have hd for ges nd not used.  Saw the idea on a Create and Craft programme and adapted it slightly using the lovely Creative Expressions crochet ribbon.

 

Hot Off The Press Movable Parts Cards

Having watched Mel Gibson and her wonderful demonstrations of the great HOTP Movable Parts DVD, bought it and then settled down to make loads of cards for special people's birthdays! Had great fun using my Spellbinder dies, Marianne dies, Kanban paper, Hunkydory Adorable Scorable card and various bits and bobs!  My imagination went wild experimenting with the card techniques!

Mother's Day Cards

 This year for some reason I have found it very hard making just one Mother's Day card for my husband's mother and not one for my own. I don't know whether it is just because I have lost Dad as well and it is always their anniversary straight after Mother's Day or what. So, thought about it and decided on remedy through excess! I have entered the Race for Life in June and decided to make loads of Mother's Day cards to sell at work and then put the proceeds towards my target! Hope they all go!
